Meanjin based new-wave trio loulou gear up to release their debut EP ‘It Spills Out’, a compilation of offbeat pop exploring the quirks of mental health and human vulnerability. Driven by upbeat guitar and bass the EP is guitar-pop at heart, tinged with post-punk and garage influences brought to life by lead singer Louis Whelan’s washed out contemplative vocal style, and underpinned by driving drums and ethereal synth layers.‘ It Spills Out ’is now available to pre-order in the form of an eco-friendly ethical tee designed by Ashleigh Djokic.
