SHARE BRAND NEW TRACK SUNDAY FROM EVERYTHING NOT SAVED WILL BE LOST – PART 1 OUT MARCH 8

ALONG WITH ACCOMPANYING LYRIC VIDEO

“It’s chock-full of tunes… Foals have entered their second phase, and things are starting to get interesting” – Q MAGAZINE

Having just dropped On The Luna, Foals continue to amplify excitement for the March 8th release of Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1 by sharing the album’s latest track Sunday along with an official lyric video.

The album is available for pre-order now HERE with Sunday now added to tracks available on DSPs.

Sunday finds Foals pushing boundaries and breaking free of genre expectations. Opening in a restrained style (dreamy, atmospheric, elegiac) that contrasts front man Yannis Philippakis’ apocalyptic imagery, Sunday erupts into life in its second-half with a thrilling psychedelic funk-punk burst of energy.

The three tracks which have previewed Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1 demonstrate the variety and emotional resonance of a band operating at the pinnacle of its powers. First single Exits was anthemic and ominous, while On The Luna stirred strident grooves and sky-scraping hooks with sparkling synths and clattering cowbell. And now Sunday accentuates the feeling that Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost will cement Foals’ status as one of the world’s most important bands.

Eager to break the traditional pop song structure, the 20 tracks that feature on Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost defy expectation. There are exploratory, progressive-tinged tracks which occasionally break the 10-minute mark alongside atmospheric segues which make the music an experience rather than a mere collection of songs. Yet the band’s renowned ability to wield relentless grooves with striking power also reaches new heights.
