Global hit-makers Clean Bandit are delighted to announce details of their second studio album, What Is Love?, confirmed for release on November 30. The album is available to pre-order now.

What Is Love? is the fruit of the past three years’ work and an exciting new chapter for Clean Bandit. The follow-up to the band’s two million-selling and UK Top 3 debut, 2014’s New Eyes, What Is Love? is a home to Clean Bandit’s inventive, eclectic multi-genre catalogue – a collection of gigantic upbeat mega-bops married with emotive lyricism. A band that thrive on being a true collaborative endeavour, Clean Bandit command yet another brilliantly extensive list of blockbuster vocalists this time around: Zara Larsson, Marina, Luis Fonsi, Demi Lovato, Sean Paul, Anne-Marie, Ellie Goulding, KYLE, Big Boi, Tove Styrke, Stefflon Don, Craig David, Kirsten Joy, Rita Ora, Julia Michaels and ALMA. The deluxe edition will feature Yasmin Green, Charli XCX, Bhad Bhabie, DaVido, Love Ssega and Louisa Johnson.

The album – underpinned by the band’s hit singles Rockabye ft. Anne-Marie & Sean Paul, Symphony ft. Zara Larsson, I Miss You ft. Julia Michaels, Tears ft. Louisa Johnson and Solo ft. Demi Lovato (all available as instant grats with each album pre-order) – was recorded across the globe and has been produced by the trio’s long-standing producer, Mark Ralph (Years & Years), alongside Clean Bandit’s very own, two-time Ivor Novello-winning Jack Patterson and Grace Chatto.

Clean Bandit broke through to the mainstream in 2014 with their mammoth 12 million-selling and GRAMMY-winning single Rather Be ft. Jess Glynne, which went four-times ARIA platinum and peaked at #2 on the ARIA charts and #6 on the Australian radio airplay charts. The pioneering six-time BRIT nominated trio have since paved the way in the global pop scene with their matchless blend of classical, electronica, pop, dancehall and R&B, proving themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the charts across the globe. One of the most successful and in-demand collectives of the century, Clean Bandit have sold over 40 million singles worldwide and accumulated over 10 billion streams and 3.5 billion YouTube views to date! Not to mention their cutting-edge self-directed official music videos, which have further propelled the band as an unparalleled creative force.

In their native UK, the band’s latest single, Solo ft. Demi Lovato, not only marked Clean Bandit’s fourth UK #1, but their ninth UK Top 5 and seventh consecutive UK Top 5. This saw the band land the most consecutive Top 5 records from any artist since Girls Aloud in 2005, and the same amount of UK #1s as Justin Timberlake, One Direction and Lady Gaga. In Australia, the ARIA platinum-certified single peaked at #1 on the Shazam Australian chart, #7 on the ARIA chart and #10 on the Australian radio airplay chart. The trio’s 2016 UK Christmas #1 Rockabye ft. Anne-Marie & Sean Paul continues to hold the record as the longest-running UK #1 for a UK band in 24 years, surpassing Wet Wet Wet’s Love Is All Around. In Australia, Rockabye is now five-times ARIA platinum, after spending six consecutive weeks at the top of the ARIA chart and hitting #1 on the Australian radio airplay charts. Past singles I Miss You ft. Julia Michaels and Symphony ft. Zara Larsson have also performed strongly; with I Miss You achieving ARIA double-platinum status and Symphony now four-times platinum.

Clean Bandit is: Jack Patterson, Grace Chatto and Luke Patterson.
