I OH YOU are excited to share that Sydney alt-country rocker Andy Golledge and his band will be hitting the road for their first national tour in March/April 2022, following the release of his debut full length Strength of a Queen on March 4. Golledge has dubbed the album “the roadtrip of my life so far” and has been teasing it by dropping singles over the past year, leaving fans impatient for the full record.
The ‘Strength of a Queen Tour’ is set to be a wild experience and much like all of Golledge’s live shows, you can expect it to be equally exhilarating, moving and unpredictable. If Andy Golledge is only just now beeping onto your radar, we envy you the journey of discovery. A local legend and a visual icon, he has been colourfully described as “an intriguing man with a horny moustache.” His name has practically become legend for subverting expectations in his repertoire; genre-shifting between alt, country and rock, all while evolving it into a unique contemporary artform.
