Frontier Touring are pumped to confirm one of the most acclaimed and innovative electronic duos in the world – The Chemical Brothers – will bring their world-renowned live shows to Australia in February – March 2024. With show direction by the iconic Smith & Lyall, these mind-bending shows – their first visit to our shores since 2019 – will hit Brisbane, Sydney and Geelong!
Kickstarting the party will be special guest DJs: The Presets DJ Set (Sydney & Geelong), Anna Lunoe (all shows) and James Holroyd (all shows).
The Chemical Brothers will play Brisbane’s Riverstage on Tuesday 27 February, before heading to Sydney Showground on Thursday 29 Februarythen hitting the stage at a day on the green at Mt Duneed Estate in Geelong, Victoria on Saturday 2 March.

The Chemical Brothers recently announced details of a career-spanning retrospective book. Paused in Cosmic Reflection is due for publication by White Rabbit on October 26th 2023 (available for pre-order in Australia, here). The book is made up of new interviews with the band as well as many of their friends and collaborators from the past three decades, including Noel Gallagher, Aurora, Wayne Coyne, Beth Orton, Beck, Michel Gondry and many more.

Best known for their electro-smash club hits, in 2008 The Presets released the chart topping Apocalypso, selling in excess of Triple Platinum sales in Australia and features four hit singles, including the classic ‘My People’. Setting new standards for dance music in Australia, The Presets went on to win 5 ARIA awards (and 2 ARIA Artisan Awards) including Album of the Year, as well as the J Award and FBI SMAC Award for Album of The Year. Kim and Julian also shared the coveted Songwriter of The Year Award at the 2009 APRA Awards. Follow up album Pacifica was released in 2012, featuring Rolling Stone Magazine’s Song Of The Year, ‘Ghosts’. About Anna Lunoe
Anna Lunoe, the boundary-breaking artist from Sydney, has made her mark as a versatile DJ, radio host, producer, vocalist, and curator in the dance scene. Rising from a radio host on FBi community radio, she quickly became one of Australia’s top DJs. Her debut EP, Anna Lunoe & Friends, showcased her exceptional DJ and production skills, leading to a series of club bangers on labels like Future Classic, Fools Gold, Mad Decent, and OWSLA. Anna’s success extended to the USA, with appearances at Coachella, Lollapalooza, and EDC Las Vegas, where she was the first solo female to play the main stage.

Through the pandemic, Anna maintained momentum, releasing the single ‘Back Seat’ and launching the Create/Destroy podcast. 2022 brought the release of her club-anthem ‘Double Dip’ and the acclaimed EP Saturday Love. About James Holroyd
Long standing opening DJ for The Chemical Brothers, James Holroyd started plying his trade back in 1991 in the heady days of the original Back to Basics at Leeds’ Music Factory in the UK. He was introduced to the decks playing a mixture of funk, house, disco and hip hop, and by 1992 his unique style had secured him a job as resident. James Holroyd is guaranteed to warm up live audiences at all three Australian shows!
Last in Australia in 2019, performing sold-out headline shows across the East Coast, The Chemical Brothers have been busy touring the world. Embarking on headline tours and festivals sets across the UK & Europe, the duo are only building further anticipation for their dedicated Australian fans when they grace our shores next February & March.
