Psychedelic rock four-piece

WAWAWOW

unveil dates for their

QUARANTEEN SPIRIT

tour in July.

Album ‘PINK ELEPHANT’ is out now.

Sydney four- piece WAWAWOW are charged and ready to roll in July! Today they announce their tour dates playing songs from their ‘Pink Elephant’ album released in early 2020.

“We’re fully suited out in uniforms for this tour, we’ve got flashing lights on each of our heads, we coil lights around each of our instruments and control them from the stage. Occasionally we dabble in lasers, projections and glowing drumsticks. If you can’t make it to White Night or Vivid Sydney, just come to our show for your luminary fix!” says Shaun from WAWAWOW

Joined by a selection of special guests, WAWAWOW will be playing venues in Melbourne, Newcastle, Canberra, their hometown of Sydney, and the ‘Yours & Owls Sundays’ in Wollongong supporting Eliza & The Delusionals with Pinkish Blu and Sarah Jane

Releasing their 13 track album, which fused indie and electro with a great dash of psych-craziness and then  having to cancel their 2020 tour due to the pandemic was a real roadblock. However the time off has meant that their live show is “as ridiculous and fun as possible, so this tour is about making things right again. It’s important to us that the crowd enjoys every moment of the show, and our current setlist is really the best of the best. We throw in a few unexpected covers, keep everything extremely tight but also allow for stretches of jams, all while never stopping from start to finish. It means every show is unique, but there’s never a dull or bad one. We have fun, we fuck around, but we know our marks and we hit them every time.”
