‘All Life Long’ pulls no punches as it begins with a soulful ballad, before switching gears to blend soul and pop, creating both an emotive and captivating song that stays with you long after its runtime. Conrad’s dynamic vocal performance and thoughtful lyrics serve as an uplifting love letter to his family and the importance of cherishing those you care about.
Known for his ability to write with unmatched vulnerability and perform with that same raw energy on stage, Conrad wrote the track in Los Angeles with producer Josh Cumbee, drawing on intensely personal experiences, inspired by the sonic palette of soul and R&B records Conrad grew up listening to.

And that kind of back and forth that you fight with, you know, with those things that can affect you in a negative way.
