RISING HIP HOP ARTIST
YUNG WHITTY
RELEASE LATEST SINGLE
‘TRUTH HURTS’
OUT NOW
Brisbane based rising young hip hop artist Yung Whitty has released his latest single ‘Truth Hurts’ a follow up to his debut single ‘Fake Friends’ from earlier this year. Both singles are released through Blak Label Music. A much anticipated EP is set for release early next year.
‘Truth Hurts’ draws on Yung Whitty’s personal experiences detailing the lack of trust and truth in relationships today. A direct result of the increasingly shallow nature of modern society and how people overvalue personal benefit and the lack of real connections. Yung Whitty trades lines with fellow Blak Label Music artist and producer Quinta on ’Truth Hurts’. The track was developed and recorded in one session after Yung Whitty started humming the chorus over a beat Quinta was working on.
