KIM CHURCHILL REVEALS NEW SINGLE “OUTTA LOVE” + ANNOUNCES TOUR DATES
Dynamic singer-songwriter Kim Churchill has revealed his second single from upcoming EP “The End”, titled “Outta Love”.
A song steeped in sadness and honesty, “Outta Love” represents the painful truth and difficult path one must face when they choose to leave a close relationship. When someone has been living in a situation that is not right for them, and they take the courageous path of change, there is a bright, albeit painful, clarity that pours out. “Outta Love” is a gentle window into that clarity for Kim.
“I was terrified to write this song, actually,” said Churchill. “It was so hard to admit these truths to myself. I think ‘Outta Love’ really helped me in admitting certain truths to myself… They were hard to hear but eventually helped lead me back to myself. For this reason I owe it everything.”
The first single from this EP, “Nothing Nothing”, saw national radio support on triple j, leading to Churchill being featured on triple j’s famous ‘Like A Version’ segment.
