The new single from Austrian streaming sensation James Hersey; “Forget (About Everyone Else)” has just been released. This track was produced by Grammy Award-winner Will Hicks (Ed Sheeran “Perfect”), and mixed by Manny Marroquin (Kanye West, Pharrell, Sia, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber). With trap-influenced production that evokes comparison to Khalid and Post Malone, this track marks James as one to watch in the electronic pop world.

James Hersey has amassed over 350 million streams worldwide, led by his hit single “Miss You”, which reached over 150 million streams, was certified Gold in Italy and Canada, and surpassed 50 million streams in the US alone. James’ intimate rooftop performance of his song “Coming Over” was the launching point of his international career, from which dance heavyweights filous, Kygo and Dillion Francis reworked his original into a worldwide smash-hit. In 2019, James released his exceptional eight-track mini-album “Innerverse” which, alongside his successful debut EP “Pages”, rapidly made him into an online sensation and gained support from the likes of Radio 1’s Annie Mac, Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, as well as Mistajam, Adele Roberts, Cel Spellman, and Maz Tappuni (Communion).
