Following Emmit Fenn’s ‘Until We Leave The Ground,’ featured in Netflix’s To All The Boys: Always and Forever, comes his equally sentimental new single ‘Colors.’ The record paints a vivid picture of a love gone grey. Somber guitar-driven production underscores the loss of life and colour from once sweet, striking memories.
The single is the third release from Emmit’s forthcoming debut album, Far From Here. The long-awaited project is undoubtedly setting up to be the soundtrack to your escapism. At times during 2020, we’ve all wanted to travel ‘Far From Here’ and the album is for those looking to escape in search of hope.
Emmit has also announced that he will be orchestrating a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a select group of fans to attend an exclusive listening party for his album 2,000 feet in the air in a hot air balloon. Fans will be chosen at random from his Community.
The independent artist is one of the few collaborators to have worked alongside pop phenomenon Billie Eilish, co-writing and co-producing her “bitches broken hearts” in 2017. Emmit has also produced for the likes of Lolo Zouai, Yuna, Ry X, Shallou and Vic Mensa and scored the TV show Five Points for Mary Ramos (Quentin Tarantino’s music supervisor). To date, Emmit has also garnered over 120 million streams across platforms.
